I wrote this for a talent show at a festival called Greenbelt. Scouse accent optional but highly recommended. 

I'm gonna be on a show
Yeah, I'm gonna be on TV
I'm gonna be on Mastermind
Specialist subject: L.F.C.

Or maybe I'll show off my talent
And sing on BGT
I think I'm a great singer
But my friends all disagree

Or perhaps I'll go on the Chase
And take on Anne Hegerty
I'd take the highest offer
But be caught by question three

I could go on Pointless
'Cos that sounds just like me
As long as famous Scousers was my final category

I'm gonna be on a show
Yeah, I'm gonna be on TV
Or I could just keep my curlers in 
And watch it over tea

Compassion and peace, hope, mercy, love, If a person has these, then they have enough Religion is based on this common ground Its core is well-meaning, its philosophies sound Terror attacks that you see on TV Are not caused by people like you or like me They are caused by humans with lack of respect Who turn from qualities that others expect No matter how unfortunate some people seem, They can live off belief, and some self-esteem Religious or not, when dark days are rough, If a person is loving, then they have enough.
